Pro renews every month

Voltky Pro costs $29.99 a month. It renews automatically every month, and your card is charged each month, until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time. Sign in, open Billing and press Manage billing.

You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. Then your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing in your account is deleted.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded, including a month you used only part of. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the last one.

AI ListBot credits you buy are not refundable. They do not expire, so they stay in your account until you use them.

If a renewal payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, your account moves to the Free plan at once. Stripe emails you a link to update your card, and Voltky shows a message with an Update card button.

Update your card while Stripe is still trying to charge it, and Pro comes back once the payment goes through. You do not need to subscribe again.

If every try fails, Stripe cancels the subscription and your account stays on the Free plan. To get Pro back after that, subscribe again on the Billing page.
