These terms are an agreement between you and NYBarginHunter LLC, which runs Voltky. They apply when you create a Voltky account and whenever you use Voltky.
Voltky's Privacy Policy is part of these terms. When you tick "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy", you accept both. If you do not agree, do not use Voltky.
The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.
The service
Voltky is a web app for independent sellers in the US who list the same items on more than one marketplace. It helps you write a listing, post it to your own accounts, and see where an item is still listed when it sells.
Voltky works with Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Poshmark and Depop through the Voltky extension in your own Chrome browser. It works with eBay and Etsy through their official APIs, after you sign in to each one yourself and allow it. Posting to Etsy is not yet open on Voltky.
Voltky is not a marketplace. It does not buy or sell your items, and it is not part of any sale between you and a buyer.
Your account
You need an account to use Voltky. Use an email address you can read, and keep your password to yourself.
You are responsible for what is done with your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password on your Profile page, which signs out every other device, and write to support@voltky.com.
Connect only accounts that are yours: your own marketplace accounts and your own Etsy shop.
Each marketplace's rules
You are responsible for what you list. You must follow the rules of each marketplace you list on, including its terms, policies and fees. Voltky cannot check that your listings follow them.
On Etsy, that includes Etsy's Creativity Standards and Etsy's Prohibited Items Policy. Voltky's Etsy lane is only for handmade items, vintage items and craft supplies. Do not use it for mass-produced items, or for new items bought to resell.
Voltky may suspend or close an account that uses Voltky to break these terms or a marketplace's rules.
Your Etsy shop
When you connect your Etsy shop, you allow Voltky to work with it for you, through Etsy's API.
For the Etsy data this involves, Voltky acts for you, as your service provider. It uses that data only to do what you ask in Voltky, such as creating a listing in your shop. It does not sell it, and it does not use it for its own purposes.
The Privacy Policy describes what Voltky collects, how it is used, kept and shared, and what you can do about it.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect Etsy at any time: press Disconnect Etsy in Voltky's Settings. Voltky then erases the tokens that let it reach your shop, and your shop's id, and makes no more calls to your shop.
It also erases its record of the Etsy listings it made for you: each listing's id, link and category. Voltky then no longer shows those items as listed on Etsy, or reminds you to end them when they sell. Your listings on Etsy stay on Etsy.
To remove Voltky's access on Etsy's side too, remove it in your Etsy account settings.
You can disconnect eBay the same way, with Disconnect eBay in Settings. To stop the Voltky extension, remove it from Chrome.
Plans and payment
Voltky has a free plan and a paid plan. Once you sign in, the Billing page shows what each one includes and what it costs. Payments are handled by Stripe, and your card details never reach Voltky.
Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel, and you can cancel any time on the Billing page. When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. Payments are not refunded. If a renewal payment fails, your account moves to the Free plan until the payment goes through. Refunds and cancellation has the details.
Posting to Etsy is free on every plan and never counts toward a daily limit.
Each plan is for one seller: one eBay account plus your own account on each marketplace you sell on, with no extra seats.
Stopping, and changes to these terms
You can stop using Voltky at any time. There is no button that deletes an account today. To have your data removed, write to support@voltky.com. The Privacy Policy says what that removes, and what it cannot.
If these terms change, this page changes and gets a new version. Voltky asks you to agree to the current version before it does anything on Etsy for you.
